Clients agree to provide all necessary content, timely feedback, and ensure all shared information is accurate and lawful.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are milestone-based. Final delivery is made after full payment. No refunds after final approval.

6. Revisions

Minor revisions are included (2–3 rounds). Major scope changes may incur additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property

Clients own final deliverables after payment. We reserve the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

8. Confidentiality

Client information remains confidential and will not be shared without consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project. Any completed work up to that point is billable.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for data loss, third-party issues, or client-side errors.
